Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Kitty’s Creations. The following terms and conditions constitute our shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping
If your order includes wax melts and larger items together, you will be automatically refunded either the £3.00 or £4.40 wax melt postage fee. The maximum fee for our Royal Mail UK signed for option is £4.40 up to a maximum weight of 1.8kg. Larger orders over this weight will have to be divided into parcels of 1.8 Kg and charged accordingly.

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days after you place your order. Please be aware that orders are not shipped at the weekend or public holidays. If there is a high demand the shipment date may be slightly delayed but we will endeavour to notify you and reduce this to a minimum.
If there is likely to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to inform you.
We reserve the right to amend shipping costs in line with our providers but you shipping cost will not be amended once your order has been received. Our provider for shipping is Royal Mail Second Class Signed For.

Orders placed before 12am will be classed as being in that working day.
Payment can be via Credit/Debit card, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

We may have to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the terms and conditions.
We can change these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice. Please be aware that the employees of the company may be called away at any time for a prolonged period of up to 2 weeks* and we would endeavour to contact all customers to inform them of this via e-mail, website or other means.
All information within the Kitty’s Creations website is the intellectual property of Kitty’s Creations and its owners. You must not yourself or allow anyone else to publish, copy, distribute or modify the content without our written permission. Anyone may view this website and print pages from it for personal use only, for browsing our products and placing an order with us.
Kitty’s Creations has taken great care in compiling this Website but neither Kitty’s Creations or its owners will be responsible for any damages, losses or costs however they arise as a result of Your use of or reliance on the Website. Although Kitty’s Creations aim to provide information which is accurate and up to date, We do not guarantee to do so. You are responsible for making sure that Your reliance on this Website is suitable for Your own purposes and the information which We provide is not intended to be advice which You should rely on
You must not in any way, copy, reproduce or use any trademarks, photographs, logos or brand names which appear on the website. All such breaches of this policy will be pursued in the courts.
Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kitty’s Creations. We are committed to our customer satisfaction so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are here to help.
Please check your order carefully and report and damage or discrepancies within 3 days of receipt.
Please be aware that as our items are all handmade and unique, the weights, colours and patterns of the items you receive may vary slightly between batches, this is the charm of hand-made products.
Returns
With any returns you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it to be eligible for a refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and a copy of your sales confirmation needs to be included.
Refunds
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved by our returns department we will instigate a refund as per your original payment method. Kitty’s Creations have up to 14 days from receiving your product as a return to complete your refund process but this may be extended depending on your credit/debit card provider.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items and these shipping costs are non-refundable. If your package is lost or stolen on the way back to us, you are responsible for claiming compensation from the courier you used.
Damages
At Kitty’s Creations we guarantee your items were sent to our courier intact and packaged with our sustainable ethos. If when they arrive there are any issues please contact Kitty’s Creations and we may ask you to photograph the goods and send this through to us via e-mail with your purchase information. The returns team will look at this and provide a solution, whatever that may be.
Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order you have placed please contact Kitty’s Creations within two hours of placing the order and we will endeavour to cancel your order or refund your payment if already taken.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
